The Blue House features both wood and propane heat sources. The wall mounted wood stove provides beautiful radiant heating, while the Propane Heater allows for ease of use and automation when you’re out-of-town. The fully plumbed galley kitchen features a premium three burner propane stove, as well as a mini fridge and freezer. The home’s finished bathroom includes a composting toilet, built-in shelving, and a shower with hot water on demand. The interior walls and ceiling have been finished with warm pine tongue and groove, while fir hardwood has been installed for flooring. The exterior of the home is protected by locally milled cedar siding.

Whether used as a guest home, cottage, or full-time residence, the Blue House truly is a tiny dream home.
